Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
For any purchases placed by 1PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday – Friday, we will try our best to process the order and ship out the same day. Otherwise, any orders placed after 1PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through FedEx.
All orders require signature upon delivery at which point responsibility for the shipment is assumed by you.
FREE SHIPPING IN THE U.S.
We offer complimentary ground shipping on orders $500+ within the continental U.S. Please allow 3-7 business days for all ground shipping orders. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday. Currently, we do not offer delivery on weekend days.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout should you need your order sooner.
FedEx 2nd Day - $15
FedEx Next Day - $25 - Overnight shipping purchases must be placed before 1 pm EST to guarantee next day shipping. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday, with the exception of national holidays that may fall on a Monday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping, however you can place an international order through our affiliate partner Farfetch. For a list of retailers near you, please visit our STOCKIST page.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting your shipping options for domestic orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept any pre-authorized returns of unworn or unwashed items within seven (7) days from the date your order is delivered.
Please note: All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, price adjustment, or store credit.
Returned items must be in its original packaging unused with all original tags and accessories attached. Items that have been personalized, damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted for return.
All returns must be pre-authorized:
- Email customercare@monse.com and include your order number.
- The MONSE Customer Care team will issue a Return Authorization Number that will need to be written on the exterior of the box. MONSE will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number.
Within your initial shipment, you will receive a return label that is included in the FedEx label pouch. If you choose to use the return label, the cost will be $10 and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Once your return is accepted and processed, we will send an email confirming your refund. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. If returned items arrive without its UPC sticker, there will be a $30 restocking fee that will be deducted from the total refund amount.

EXCHANGES
MONSE does not currently allow exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
If your return is accepted, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment. All sales taxes will also be refunded.
Please note that refunds can take up to 15 business days to show on your bank account, depending on your banking institution or payment provider. Process time may be longer during peak seasons.
OUR POLICY
MONSE, LLC (MONSE.com) does not accept returns on any items purchased from any retailers other than MONSE.com. We are happy to answer any questions related to MONSE products, but are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits, refunds or repairs for any product purchased outside of MONSE.com. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions above. MONSE.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records. MONSE.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
