We are not currently able to deliver to Post Office boxes. We do not deliver to forwarding addresses.

We do not currently offer same-day delivery service.

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send a single purchase to multiple addresses, we suggest placing separate orders for each destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

You will have 7 days to return your items from the time your order is delivered. All returns must be pre-authorized. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
