I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. For security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MONSE ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You may also choose to pay using Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, or Venmo for a faster checkout experience.

WHICH DESTINATIONS DOES MONSE SHIP TO?

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?

We are not currently able to deliver to Post Office boxes. We do not deliver to forwarding addresses.

DO YOU OFFER A SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?

We do not currently offer same-day delivery service.

DOES MONSE SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send a single purchase to multiple addresses, we suggest placing separate orders for each destination.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You will have 7 days to return your items from the time your order is delivered. All returns must be pre-authorized. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to purchase a new size or color, etc., please follow the return process and place a new order. For complete instructions, please review our Return Policy.

WILL SALES TAX BE CHARGED ON MY MONSE.COM ORDER?

MONSE charges state, local, and county taxes on online transactions based on shipping address as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated amount.

CAN I PURCHASE A DIGITAL GIFT CARD?

Digital gift cards to MONSE.COM are available for purchase through the link HERE. Gift cards expire one year from the date of receiving the custom code.
