RESORT 2018

Designers Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim have always had a crystal-clear vision for Monse: statement shirting, twisted menswear fabrics, and a sense of deconstruction. As collections progress, they maintain these pillars that both men and women have grown to love, while also adding in key pieces that showcase thoughtful experimentation. For the Resort 2018 season, they introduced floral prints and the first hybrid piece, combining what appeared to be a white handkerchief-hemmed skirt with a glen-plaid blazer and layered red belt. A sneak peek into what hinted to similar ideas to come.

RESORT 2018

Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim worked in cheerful florals, reworked denim classics, and trench dresses for the Resort 2018 collection. On top of that, Monse fans were introduced to several pieces with some athletic touches - track pants and sporty knits in red and green that were too chic to be categorized as ath-leisure. Those implemented details can be attributed towards Kim's affection towards the gym. Even business women can find great pieces from this collection, filled with maxi and long dresses with details that are both sexy and elegant.

M IS FOR... MONSE:
CHIC AND MODERN SEPARATES

While the twisted shirting trend is what took many by storm in 2018, Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia added the perfect amount of edge for the already daring Monse lover with plenty of flounce hem skirts, zip-accented hemlines, jeans with off-center zip plackets, and floral prints to die for.
